We are currently looking for a Project Lead to join our clients, a successful Art Consultancy in Dubai who are looking to expand their team due to continued success and increases in projects taken on.

To be considered for this position you must have a PMP certificate.

Working hours :

  • 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Hours can be flexible by 1 hour

The successful Project Lead will be offered :

  • 12,000 – 20,000 AED (depending on experience)

    • Project Lead requirements :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • PMP certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driving license and access to own car
  • Experience with direct line management, training and development
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to recognise and prioritise time-sensitive projects
  • Exceptional customer and client service skills

    • Project Lead key responsibilities will include :

  • Responsible for all phases of a project, from pre-sales to project onboarding and project closing
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates and addressing issues promptly
  • Monitors the complete project timeline, cost control and manages procurement processes from the project team to procurement department to ensure alignment with project contract, scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Adhere to PMP methodologies and effective risk management
  • Foster and ensure a collaborative team environment
  • Mentor team members
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards in project documentation
  • Support sales and business development initiatives to align project execution with client needs and secure future opportunities
