Builders Cleaner

CSA are currently sourcing Builders and Sparkle cleaners for different clients in South and West Wales

CSCS card holder would be ideal but not required for all locations.

Pay-rate : £10.42 – £11.50 per Hour ( depending on the job / location )

Day shift : 8am – 4pm; Monday – Friday

Transport is provided from Llanelli and surrounding areas.

Duties :

all waste and debris will be removed from floors, walls and surfaces, ceilings and ornaments.

wipe down surfaces,

remove paint and other work materials

polish and clean tougher areas and small fixtures

Follow all health and safety regulations

All equipment and cleaning materials provided.

Previous cleaning experience would be ideal for this position, but all training will be provided.
