Responsibilities :

• Create, validate and establish the manufacturing controls for the detailed operations within the machining processes.
• Provide NC programs, fixtures and process instructions which deliver solutions within agreed timescales and to an agreed cost.
• Identify and eliminate, within the documented method, all potential sources of non-conformance utilizing PFMEA risk mitigation, yield analysis, process surveillance and lean engineering.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and methods to achieve world-class manufacturing capability.
