We are looking for a Lead Construction Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Peterborough & Cambridge.
What you'll do :
- Manage and develop your construction team to create industry leading construction techniques.
- Ensure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the project team including Suppliers, Contractors, Engineering, Safety and Environmental team and Clients’ team.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, Project Management Team, Design Team and all key stakeholders to deliver best value solutions.
- Develop new ways of working to reduce carbon, increase biodiversity, address climate change, and embrace innovations and new digital technologies.
- Assist in appointment of specialist contractors and management of the specialist contractors team contracts to cost, time, quality & safety requirements.
