We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager for The Stage at The Londoner. The Stage offers our guests an exclusive Champagne Bar, which also serves a high end afternoon tea, followed by charcuterie in the evening.

Overview :

  • We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager at The Stage at The Londoner. The Stage is in the heart of The Londoner and offers an sophisticated experience including a Champagne Bar serving afternoon tea and charcuterie.
  • As Floor Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for The Stage through upselling and excellent customer service.
  • You will be responsible for directing the Bar and floor team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
  • Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team.
  • Be responsible for ensuring staff training plans are in place for new team members alongside the Bar Manager.

About You :

  • In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends, experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous.
  • To be considered for this role of Bar Manager you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Current supervisory experience within a similar environment, ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills and precision.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations.
