Control Officer

The role

The Role :

This role works within the control team within a busy Transactional Finance service. The primary function of the role is to create and maintain customer and vendor master records within the councils key financial system. The role requires the maintenance of data and accuracy, working closely with finance officers across the Council to ensure data compliance. You will also be providing support to Council staff in the processing of financial transactions and the implementation of organisational financial procedures.

About You :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed orientated finance system administrator to join our dynamic financial systems team. As a key officer you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising financial master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Council policies and regulatory requirements.
