Job Title : Senior Therapeutic Practitioner

Location : Halesowen, England

Salary : £29,952 - £38,688 per annum (dependent on experience) plus additional compensation for sleep-in duties.

Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview : As a Senior Therapeutic Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering emotional and therapeutic support to vulnerable young individuals. Leading by example, you will guide a dedicated team to create a secure and inclusive environment, promoting personal development and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership : Lead and mentor a team to establish a nurturing environment for young people.
  • Care Planning : Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring progress toward educational and personal goals.
  • Compliance : Monitor adherence to care standards, collaborating with the team to uphold best practices.
  • Therapeutic Support : Provide direct therapeutic interventions addressing the developmental needs of the young people in your care.
