With a strong focus on innovation, food safety, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a driven individual to lead and optimise our production and technical operations. Your Role : As General / Technical Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of the site, leading the production and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will ensure efficient production processes, technical integrity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage all operational and technical aspects of the packaging facility
  • Develop and implement production strategies to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets
  • Ensure compliance with BRC, HACCP, and other relevant food safety and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and packaging lines
  • Manage budgets, resources, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to meet customer expectations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled, high-performing team What We’re Looking For :
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within food manufacturing, ideally fresh produce or FMCG
  • Strong technical knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and packaging machinery
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on approach with a focus on process improvement and innovation
  • Knowledge of industry standards (BRC, HACCP, etc.)
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in food science, engineering, or business What We Offer :
