Dispatch and Yard Supervisor – Bedfordshire – up to £32,000

We’re hiring a Dispatch & Yard Supervisor to join the Quality Management team in Sandy! In this full-time, permanent role , you’ll ensure equipment is assembled, meets quality and safety standards, and is dispatched on time.

A full driving licence and forklift licence are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Preparation – Assemble equipment before dispatch, ensuring quality and safety standards
• Yard & Logistics Management – Mark out clear set-down areas, liaise with charge hands, and oversee safe loading with proper strapping.
• Quality Control – Conduct spot visual checks on weld quality, burrs, surface finish, and dimensions, signing off drawings for audit trails
• Deadline & Priority Coordination – Communicate key timelines, track project status, and chase parts through manufacturing
• Project Oversight – Attend progress meetings and organise delivery paperwork to ensure smooth operations
