Alt.vfx, one of the Australias most accomplished VFX studios, is on the hunt for two exceptional Senior Lookdev / Lighting Artists to join our Brisbane office on a freelance basis.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as a Senior Lookdev / Lighting Artist in high-end VFX or animation.
Excellent skills in Houdini, Maya, Arnold, and Nuke.
Strong artistic sensibility with a keen eye for detail, color, and realism.
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and deliver to tight deadlines.
Team player with excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Developing and refining photorealistic looks for environments, characters, creatures and assets.

Creating high-quality lighting setups and renders, primarily in Houdini.

Collaborating closely with the CG and compositing teams to achieve stunning final results.

Details :

Position : Freelance Senior Lookdev / Lighting Artist (x2).

Start Date : Immediate.

Location : Brisbane Office.

Contract : Freelance until the end of March 2025, with the possibility of extension.
