Freemans Event Partners is proud to partner with Lord’s Cricket Ground – the Home of Cricket – to deliver unforgettable experiences to fans from around the world. We are now recruiting for the 2025 event season and are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join our Retail , Kitchen , and Front of House teams.

Whether you're a seasoned hospitality professional or looking to take your first step in the events industry, we have a role for you.

Available Roles : Retail Staff :

  • As a member of our retail team, you’ll be the face of our merchandise and concessions.
  • You’ll work in one of the world’s most iconic sporting venues, delivering high-quality service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate tills and handle transactions.
  • Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards.
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team during busy match days.

    • Chef de Partie :

  • Bring your culinary skills to our dynamic kitchen environment.
  • You’ll work with fresh, quality ingredients to deliver premium food options to thousands of guests.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook food to company standards.
  • Lead a section of the kitchen and support junior staff.
  • Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on prep and service.

    • Front of House Staff :

  • As a front of house team member, you'll be essential in delivering a seamless, premium experience across our hospitality areas, bars, and VIP spaces.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Set up and clear down service areas.
  • Ensure an exceptional standard of customer service.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail (preferred but not essential – training is provided!).
