We have partnered with a beautiful luxury Bridal brand, who requires an experienced store manager.
This brand is known for its personal, bespoke approach with customers in-order to deliver that dream dress.
Within this role you will need to have an in-depth understanding of luxury service, and experience in the bridal or the bespoke / couture fashion sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Impeccable customer service.
- Be able to develop and inspire your sales team.
- You will have a superb eye and be able to style brides.
- Diary management
- Clienteling.
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Support the bridal team across departments for all bridal clients.
- Managing the timeline of all bridal journeys
- Hosting fitting appointments with Head Fitter for all alterations
- Visual merchandising
- Managing targets within the department
- Developing strategies to increase sales.
