Our client is looking for a Workshop Controller to join their team based in the Dagenham area.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You'll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction. Salary : Starting from £31,500 Basic plus bonus

42.5 Hour working week
