A great opportunity to join our amazing customer services team in the waste and recycling industry.
Working in our customer service contact centre, you will be joining a dedicated, passionate, fun and energetic team, helping customers with queries and most importantly offering them resolutions whilst delivering excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful, but is not essential, as we will provide a comprehensive 4-week induction plan to support you.
