Your Role as SENCO :
Lead the development and implementation of inclusive strategies across the school.
Support staff in delivering highquality teaching and learning for students with SEN.
Work closely with parents and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Oversee the management of Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and SEN provision.
Who Were Looking For :
An experienced SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it).
A passion for inclusive education and improving outcomes for students with diverse needs.
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
