SEN Teacher

Location : Kingsbury

Salary : £90 - £200 per day

Start : Immediately

GSL Education Watford is currently supporting a reputable SEN school in Kingsbury , known for its inclusive and welcoming environment. We are seeking a dedicated and innovative SEN Teacher with experience in caring for children with diverse and complex needs. The successful SEN Teacher will :

  • Be able to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to students of all abilities.
  • Hold a valid teaching qualification with a PGCE, QTS, or ECT status.
  • Possess an enhanced child DBS on the Update Service or be willing to undergo the application process through GSL Education.
  • Have prior experience working with SEND in a school setting.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in their approach to teaching.
  • Recognise and appropriately address diverse learning needs, utilising effective instructional strategies.
  • Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups as needed.
  • Incorporate ICT resources into lesson planning.
  • Collaborate with school and external experts to develop individualised programmes.
  • Make environmental adaptations to facilitate learning.
