We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a fully qualified Commercial Heating Installation Engineer to join their existing team of a permanent basis. The ideal candidate, will be experienced in both planned & reactive Installation work of commercial installation projects. Typical examples of required work, boiler rooms in care homes, factory space heating, installation of commercial ASHP’s.Responsibilities :

• Ability to carry out commercial pipe work following a schematic
• Installation of commercial boilers, warm air heaters and ASHP’s.
• Working efficiently within a team and alongside sub-contractorsRequirements :
• Gas Safety (not mandatory)
• COCN1, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CPA1,TPCP1A (not Mandatory)
• Pipe fitting / Welding
• A good general experience in working in care homes or public sector environment preferable.
• A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Generally IT literate.
• Clear communicator both oral and written.
