Project Manager – Residential Construction📍 South East London | 💷 Up to £65,000 + BenefitsPermanent | Full-Time Are you a driven and experienced Project Manager with a background in residential construction?We're working on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing contractor, known for delivering high-quality residential developments across South East London. They are now seeking a confident and capable Project Manager to join their team and lead multiple sites from pre-construction through to handover. About the Role : As Project Manager, you will take ownership of one or more residential projects across South East London, overseeing all aspects of delivery including programme management, subcontractor coordination, budget control, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities : Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to completion and handoverLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceededOversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and programme adherenceMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting regularly to senior managementDrive HSEQ compliance across all aspects of the projectManage budgets, monitor spend, and work with the commercial team on cost controlResolve issues proactively to keep projects running smoothly and on scheduleWhat We’re Looking For : Proven experience managing residential construction projects (new builds and / or refurbishments)Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S legislationExcellent organisational, leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budgetSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (required)Degree in Construction Management or equivalent (preferred but not essential)Package & Benefits : Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experienceTravel allowance or car packagePerformance-related bonus opportunitiesOngoing professional development and progression opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive working culture
