Job descriptionManage your own planning caseload Advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law issues Advise all forms of development and encompassing issues of housing and commercial development, transportation, leisure and tourism, education, ecological and cultural heritage, contaminated land and pollution and enforcement Support on planning applications and appeals, regeneration projects and section 106 agreements Work with a diverse client base, including many local authorities as well as household name organisations Work closely with and be supported by other departments including real estate & energy Be included in business development from an early stage if you wish To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive At least 2 years planning law experience Those with a mixed background to include planning will be considered
