Position Overview (the role) :

As the

while showcasing all beverage preferences we have to offer. You will be the

responsible person who prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic

beverages in line with Il Gattopardo beverage standards.

Core Responsibilities :

Responsible for preparing all drinks for the customers and

servers, ensures that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and hosts

guest experience

Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to

the beverage standards of the Restaurant

Extends prompt services to all guests and treat guests and

colleagues in a courteous manner

You will provide a courteous, professional, attentive and

efficient service at all times with all departments and guests

Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making

recommendations

To always be confident and responsible for the daily bar

requirements of all guests and solve any related issues accordingly and in a

timely manner

Criteria :

Experience in a customer-facing, fast

placed environment

Significant experience in a similar position

Communicating clearly and effectively with guests and

co-workers

Create friendly, respectful working environment and a strong

team

Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;

Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
