Leisure Manager

We're looking for a Leisure Manager (Leisure Services) to join our Sheffield Schools team based in Sheffield.

Location : Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Hours : 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08 : 30 to 17 : 30 – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a Leisure Manager (Leisure Services), you'll be working within the Sheffield Schools team, supporting them in delivering a full regime of leisure services across our sites in line with contractual requirements.

Your day to day will include :

• Managing and organising the leisure centre operations to meet service aims and objectives
• Ensuring legal and health & safety compliance across all leisure services
• Establishing and controlling income and expenditure budgets
• Ensuring all employees are trained to mandatory and statutory standards
• Reporting statutory or critical plant failures that may pose a health and safety risk
