Key responsibilities may include : Managing acute episodes and responding to mental health crises, de-escalating aggressive or high-risk behaviour.Offering therapeutic support such as one-to-one counselling, group therapy, or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).Developing and monitoring individualised care plans to support emotional and mental well-being.Advocating for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.Assessing and monitoring at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety.What We Need From YouA current and unrestricted NMC registration.At least six months of UK-based paid experience.The right to work in the UK.A good standard of English and effective communication skills.Flexibility to travel as required.About NurseplusAt Nurseplus, our mission is to make a positive impact and change lives every day.
