Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in user acquisition, paid social advertising, and mobile app marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make tactical decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsibilities

  • Support user acquisition activities for utility products
  • Work with mobile traffic (iOS, Android)
  • Create, optimize & scale advertising campaigns to maximize profit (Facebook Ads – top priority, TikTok and video networks)
  • Analyze results of ad campaigns using various tools including Tableau, Appsflyer, Excel, etc.
  • Understand basic metrics – CPM, CPI, CPA, LTV, ROI, ARPU, etc.
  • Monitor user behavior and derive insights from user data, provide regular reporting on results, and share insights with creative producers and product marketing managers.
