Eyonzy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in Shore Based Maritime recruitment across the UK and Europe. This is an existing desk with a strong client base, with some client relationships going for almost 9 years.Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Cultivate relationships with new clients through phone outreach.
• Client Engagement : Attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients.
• Relationship Management : Nurture existing client connections and identify growth opportunities.
• Candidate Sourcing : Identify and match candidates to meet client recruitment needs.
• Effective Advertising : Craft compelling job vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Interview Facilitation : Prepare candidates for interviews.
