As a Room

Service Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our guests

receive top-tier service in the comfort of their rooms. This pivotal role

involves overseeing the daily operations of our room service department, where

you’ll work closely with senior management and lead a team of dedicated

professionals. Your leadership and passion for excellence will play a key part

in maintaining our reputation for world-class hospitality

Responsibilities :
  • Oversee
  • the daily room service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service

    delivery.

    • Ensure
    • all room service areas meet our exceptional standards of cleanliness,

      presentation, and organisation.

    • Work closely
    • with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guest

      satisfaction.

    • Lead,
    • inspire, and support your team, fostering a positive environment based on

      teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication.

    • Address
    • guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swift

      resolution and high satisfaction.

    • Monitor
    • inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage stock levels with the

      procurement team.

    • Collaborate
    • with senior management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest

      expectations.

    • Uphold
    • company policies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation

      standards through regular inspections and audits.

    • Act as a
    • representative of Firmdale Hotels, embodying our values and promoting our brand

      and services.
