85-£100 (depending on experience)

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will :
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Support students in their academic and social development, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
- Supporting students with various complex needs including, ASD, PMLD, SEMH
Qualifications and Experience :
Experience working with students with special educational needs would be a preference.Knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to support them.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with SEN students.An understanding of safeguarding procedures.TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST :
