Sales Co-ordinator, Administration and Assistant Sales Progressor
Downend, Bristol
25,000 base salary (depending on experience)
28,000 OTE
Monday - Friday 8 : 45am - 5 : 30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our award winning, energetic, and experienced Sales team. We are currently looking for an administration co-ordinator to assist the Sales team with day-to-day tasks ensuring service standards always remain high. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment both independently and as part of a team.
Essential skills for the role include :
- Experience of dealing with general public in a face-to-face customer service role.
- Effective communication skills - an ability to communicate information at all levels in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work closely with a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Desire to succeed - ability to demonstrate initiative and self motivation.
- Well presented.
- Genuine interest in property and people.
Key Accountabilities :
Overseeing compliance procedures for the office & ensuring they are followedTyping property descriptions and various other sales letters as requiredUploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approvalMaintaining the offices webpages & producing marketing content for social media & portalsRaising sales invoicesAssisting with data collection for sales performance & production of league tablesWorking with the Sales Progressor assisting in moving the sales forward to an exchange of contractsAssisting the Sales Team with incoming call handlingEnsuring window presentations are current & up to dateOrdering and restocking office suppliesWe operate as a team, so any commission or bonus is based on our overall income – we achieve together and we are passionate about the quality of our work and our reputation.
We are offering :
Basic salary of £25k with a realistic OTE of £26k plus (uncapped pooled / team commission) plus individual financial services referral commission on offer.
