Job description

MMP Consultancy currently have an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a Social Housing organisation, patch based around Hertfordshire and Home Counties.

This is a permanent position paying £44,919 with a vehicle. 39 hours per week.

Key Duties :

  • Pre-inspection of Complex Faults (Damp, Mould and Condensation)
  • Post inspect works 10%-15%. (Dependent on severity of job)
  • Stock Condition Survey experience with ability to deliver Repairs.
  • Send works orders on systems to team to manage raising jobs.
  • Manage own diaries regarding surveying bookings.
  • Cover properties in Essex from time to time.

Essential Qualifications :

  • HNC Qualification or 6+ years relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in delivering repairs service for social housing.
  • Detailed Knowledge and understanding of pre and post-inspection processes, building pathology and repairs techniques.
