• Key Responsibilities :

As a Production Line Operative, you'll play a vital role in the manufacturing process. Your duties will include :

• Receiving comprehensive on-machine training
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products
• Maintaining a safe working environment
• Handling finished products efficiently
• Requirements :

While previous production line experience is desirable, it's not essential. Full training will be provided. What's important is :

• A strong team-working ethic and dependability
• Flexibility and a willingness to take on various tasks
• Being proactive in completing the job efficiently and responsibly
• Shifts and Pay :

The production operates on a rotating AM / PM shift Monday to Friday :

• 11.75 per hour (increasing to £12.60 after 12 weeks)
• Week 1 :
• 0700 to 1500
• Week 2 :
• 1500 to 2300
