Band 6 Neurological Physiotherapist – LocumLocation : East Ham Care CentreTrust : East London NHS Foundation TrustStart Date : 07 / 02 / 2025Are you a skilled and passionate Neurological Physiotherapist looking for a short-term opportunity to make a real difference?We’re currently working with ELFT to recruit a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to support their community-based neuro rehab service in Newham. Due to high referral volumes and increased demand, this short-term post has been created to provide essential support and reduce patient wait times.Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and treat patients with a variety of neurological conditions in a community setting
• Design and deliver individualized physiotherapy programmes
• Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Provide physical, emotional, and educational support to patients and carers
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service KPIsRequirements :
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• NHS neuro experience preferred
• Ability to work autonomously in a community setting
