Role :
The Main purpose of this role will be to ensure that preventative maintenance and diagnosis of defects are carried out in a timely manner, in accordance with Customers Legal obligations & Fraikin Ltd Company policies and procedures. These activities will take place at customer premises to minimise customer downtime on vehicles.
Requirements :
- Carry out Preventative Maintenance on Light and LGV vehicles in accordance with Customer & Company policies, DVSA standards, in a timely manner to fulfil contractual requirements.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects on all vehicles and related ancillary equipment in compliance with Company and legislative requirements.
- Ensure that the customer receives exceptional service throughout all interactions.
- Act as the liaison point between our customers and central operations when required to support the timely resolution of customer queries .
- Represent the company on our customers’ locations and behave with upmost integrity during all interactions.
- Ensure that you work in line with company policies relating to activities being carried out at all times.
- Understand the companies quality policies and ensure they are used in all situations.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner to ensure the effective recharging process for the business.
