This dynamic role involves leading technical teams, managing client relationships, and offering career development to junior engineers. You will work on a diverse range of projects including Station Developments, AFA Schemes, Bridge Design, and Renewal Schemes, with clear career progression opportunities.Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership : Act as Technical Lead and Project Manager as needed, with full autonomy in tasks and responsibilities.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and support engineers, helping to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
• Client Relations : Manage key client relationships, undertake site inspections, and participate in client meetings.
• Project Management : Define project scope, budget, and program, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Design & Quality Assurance : Supervise, approve, and deliver technical reports, designs, and calculations in line with required standards.
