What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference…
- Making authentic connections with the youth (males, females, non-binary confirming).
- Working collaboratively with the youth’s team.
- Developing activities that will increase social skills, communication, and peer relationships.
- Using strength-based interventions that address the youth’s behavioral health needs.
- Supporting the youth and family in developing a risk management plan developed with a master level clinician.
- Driving is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field and 1 year relevant experience working with children / adolescents / transition age youth; ORAssociate’s degree in Human Service field and 1 year relevant experience working with children / adolescents / transition age youth; ORHigh School Diploma or GED and minimum of 2 years relevant experience working with children / adolescents / transition age youth.Must be 21 years of age or older.All are welcome but MALES strongly encouraged to apply in order to provide supports to male youths in the program.Knowledge of and ability to assess – human growth and development, principals of Wraparound and Systems theory.Bay State Community Services is an equal opportunity employer.
