Job Description

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated F&B Unit Manager to join the team at Thorpe Park on an interim basis to cover maternity leave for circa 6-7 months. This is a hands on and full time opportunity reporting into our Assistant Head of F&B and you will assume all responsibility for a number of food units across the park.

Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education. We are very lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.

A day in the life of an F&B Unit Manager :

  • Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service across multiple food units
  • Maintain machines to ensure smooth production
  • Recruitment and training of staff
  • Shift scheduling and rotas
  • Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Purchase and control of inventory
  • Monitor revenues and expenses
  • Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations

    • You'll be set up for success if you have :

  • Available to commit to a contract role
  • Experience in a F&B role managing multiple outlets
  • Experience in high volume, quick service, fast food
  • Hands on and highly organised
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings
