Salary : £52,000 – £62,000 + benefits package

  • National House Builder has a UK-wide reputation for building some of the highest quality homes in the country. Due to natural expansion, they have a requirement for an additional SITE MANAGER to join their operations team on a permanent basis. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business, you should be an energetic and driven Site Manager with demonstrable experience in a similar capacity for another leading housebuilder.

Your New Role :

You will become a key member of the management team, delivering a new build housing development in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors.
  • Experience of working to the highest NHBC standard.
  • Ensure all resources are used efficiently on site.
  • Keeping site records and registers up to date.
  • Keep records and maintain electronic filing system.
  • Ensure the site is a safe and tidy place to work and visit.
  • Quality Control.
  • Authorising timesheets for trades and labour.
  • Maintaining high levels of safety standards on site.

    • Key Criteria :

  • CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager with another leading housebuilder.
  • Proven experience of meeting deadlines and keeping costing guidelines.
  • Applicants must live within commuting distance of Edinburgh to be considered.
