Location :  Homebased / Remote / Hybrid - requires 2 days per week at Lupton, Cumbria(HeadOffice)

We are seeking acreative and talented Employer Brand Advisor to strengthen ourResourcing team and position us as the best place to work in oursector.

At WG, we’re passionateabout making a difference in the lives of young people. As ourEmployer Brand Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in attractingtalented individuals who share our vision and want to be part ofsomething impactful.

We’reseeking a creative, driven individual to bring our employer brandto life. You’ll work closely with our Head of Resourcing to shapeand design your own strategy, while managing our employer brandacross key platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTokand Instagram. Your creativity will fuel campaigns and content thatresonate with top-tier candidates, build brand awareness, andamplify our ‘Huge Small Victories’messaging.

In this role you’llengage with the wider teams across the group and, drive excitementand passion about working with WG. You'll also play a key role inidentifying potential talent and passing valuable leads to ourResourcingteam.

Whatwe’re looking for

You’ll be a social-media savvystory teller, who can take a challenge and turn it into a creativeconcept. You’ll alsohave :

Understanding ofcandidate attraction and talentpipelining

Knowledge of mainsocial media platforms (particularly targeted posts and buildingaudiences)

Creative – ableto deliver innovativecampaigns

Awareness ofsearch engineoptimisation

Understandingof WG employer brand identity and tone ofvoice

Strong team workethic, but self-motivated and comfortable workingindependently

Excellentcommunication skills – able to build relationships internally andexternally

Excellent anddemonstrable creative writing / copywriting skills and goodstorytellingabilities

Brilliantif you also have

Photography / video / editingskills

Experience of Blogwriting or otherjournalism

Marketing orcommunicationsqualification

Graphic designskills (e.g. using Adobe Creative Cloud orsimilar)

Education and / orChildren’s services sectorexperience

Experience usingATSplatforms
