This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in a forward-thinking company focused on high-quality, low-to-medium volume production.The Role : As the Quality Department Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team dedicated to the inspection and testing of assembled PCBs and electronic assemblies. You will also oversee the Test Engineer to ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.Key Duties Include :

• Leading a team of 3–5 Inspectors and a Test Engineer
• Inspecting PCBs and assemblies to IPC-A-610 Class 3 using AOI, X-Ray and magnification tools
• Managing inspection queries, raising and tracking NCRs
• Liaising with the Production Manager to ensure On-Time Deliveries (OTDs) are achieved
