Proposals Manager x2Beaconsfield – Hybrid (1-2 days in the office a week)£60k - £70k + PackageOur client is the UKs leading highways maintenance contractor, looking after over 24,000 miles of roads, 280,000 lighting assets and 20,000 miles of footways, always with a view to ensuring that all works are carried out as sustainably as possible and with minimal impact to local communities.The Role : As a Proposals Manager, you will be part of our successful Strategic Work Winning Team who are responsible for winning work and growing the business. You will work alongside Bid Directors to lead teams on our larger, significant Bids across England in all three of our sectors : Highways Maintenance, Street Lighting and Projects, supporting multiple bids across sectors at any one time.This role will be predominantly home based, however we recognise the benefit of in person engagement with our bid teams and therefore some office based, in person time will be required. This is not a fixed number of days in the office and will be bid dependent, changing through various stages of the bid process.Responsibilities :

• Accountability for the coordination of strategic bids (particularly larger TMC and significant Project Sector bids), including bid programme, quality submission and priced submission.
