Property Manager (Lettings)

A fantastic new opportunity to work with an award winning Property company in the West End of Glasgow as a Property Manager in their Residential Lettings team!

Your role will be varied and hands on looking after your own property portfolio across Glasgow carrying office tasks and also visiting properties for viewings, inspections and inventories.

Key duties will include :

• Acting as the main point of contact for your own allocated portfolio of properties – delivering good customer service to landlords and tenants
• Marketing properties for let within the portfolio, managing enquiries, carrying out viewings
• Carrying out property inspections, check in’s, inventories and check outs on your portfolio
• Overseeing all reactive repairs and maintenance issues, liaising with contractors
• Ensuring properties are fully compliant with legislation before and during tenancies
• Arranging follow up maintenance from inspections and check outs
• General administration and use of lettings / property software (SME)

Candidates should have experience in a similar role within residential lettings and have excellent customer service skills. It’s important you can organise a busy workload, meet deadlines and work well as part of a team. You should ideally have good knowledge of all current Scottish lettings legislation, qualifications in this area are also an advantage but support with training will be provided.

Full time permanent position based towards the West of the city – working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
