JOB- Lead Programme Manager
LOCATION- Flintshire
TERM- Permanent candidates only
SALARY- £65,000 - £75,000 and other great benefits
We are looking for a Lead Programme Manager on a permanent based in the Flintshire area with good experience in the Aerospace or Defence industry.
The Lead Programme Manager will ideally have the following attributes :
- Degree educated in Engineering or relevant industry or work based experience
- Qualified in Project Management or equivalent industry
- Excellent knowledge ERP / MRP systems
- Competent in use of MS project or other project management tools
- Natural communicator with ability to influence
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably Aerospace & Defence
- Experience in direct dealings with customers and programmatic matters
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers
- Able to develop Technical understanding of the products and industry
