Job Title : Quality Assurance Manager

Location : Somerset, Bath, Exeter, Yeovil

Salary : c£40K - £45k plus benefits

Overview : We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality control and assurance processes within a state-of-the-art chilled food manufacturing site.

Experience Required :

• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and experience in the chilled foods sector.
• Previous experience within a technical or quality assurance department.
• Food related qualifications and operating within the guidelines of BRCGS and customer standards.
• A good level of knowledge of label and product specifications information.
• Knowledge of technical requirements within a low-risk factory environment.
• Able to demonstrate areas of change culture.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
