• Sourcing and ordering materials in line with project timelines and budgets
• Negotiating with suppliers and building long-term relationships
• Managing procurement schedules and maintaining accurate records
• Working collaboratively with site and commercial teams
• Ensuring materials meet quality and specification standardsRequirements :
• Proven experience as a Buyer within a housebuilding or construction environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
• Knowledge of regional suppliers and market rates is a bonus
• A team player with the ability to work independently when neededSalary and Package :
• Salary : £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
