About the Role ISQ Recruitment is seeking a CNC Operator to join an innovative, high-performing manufacturing team based in Ely. This hands-on position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality machined components within a precision engineering environment. You'll be trained to operate advanced CNC machinery and support the production of sheet materials with care and accuracy.

Please note : We are not looking for CNC setters or programmers. This role is suitable for someone with basic CNC experience who is looking for an opportunity to develop and grow their skills within a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery (full training provided).
• Accurately interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Record precise measurements and technical data throughout the production process.
• Communicate job progress and status clearly using the production control system.
• Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Participate in cross-training to broaden technical capabilities.
