Lettings Negotiator

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing and progressing lettings applications from start to finish.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiating and securing tenancies, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms.
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends, rental values, and property legislation.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.What We Offer :
