SEN Teaching Assistant needed in North Manchester!Join our team at Now Education and make a difference.The basics :

• SEN Teaching at special needs schools in North Manchester for children with Autism & Complex Needs.
• Starting ASAP
• Contract : Full time & long term.
• Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am–3 : 30 pm.
• Pay : £95–105 per day (DOE), paid PAYE.
• Equal pay to perm staff from 13th week onwards.
• Referral Scheme paying £100 for successful referrals
• What you’ll do :
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to primary-aged pupils with Autism & Complex Needs.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of additional activities and tasks.
• Provide interventions in communication and numeracy & literacy when required.
• Build strong relationships to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Help children develop social skills, emotional resilience, and confidence.
• Work closely with teachers, families, and external professionals to ensure pupils get the tailored support they need.Your new work environment :
