Kinetic are working in partnership with Weetabix to recruit a full-time Reach and Counterbalance Driver for their site based in Ashton-Under-Lyne. Although temporary, this position is very on going. • The FLT Driver position is pretty self-explanatory, however, here is an over view of some of the duties :
• Operating both reach and counterbalance trucks
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are always adhered to.
• Maintaining product quality standards and helping them achieve their KPI's.Along with the Reach and Counterbalance licenses we also need you to have :
• A background in food manufacturing.
• A 'can-do' attitude.
• Team player who can work well in a busy team.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent Health and Safety awareness at all timesYou will be paid weekly and will receive :
• 11.44ph then £11.87ph after 12 weeks
