Want to do meaningful work that improves homes - and lives - across Cardiff?If so, Moxie People are working with a brilliant Housing Association in Cardiff to find a qualified Plasterer to join their friendly, in-house Repairs Team.What you'll get : 💰 £31,500 (equivalent to £15.14 p / hour / £605 p / week / £2,422 p / month before deductions)🚐 Fully insured van, fuel card, uniform and tools🌴 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 4 extra days off (37 paid days in total)🏥 Strong pension, healthcare and wellbeing support📚 Ongoing training, including PASMA & asbestos awareness⏰ Set hours Monday to Friday - no weekend work🤝 A team culture built on Trust, Kindness, Ambition & LearningWhile plastering will be your core focus, you'll also carry out a range of wet trade tasks - helping to keep social housing properties safe, dry, and in great shape for the people who live in them.What you'll be doing : Delivering high-quality plastering across homes in Cardiff, from patching to full replasteringTackling damp issues including render removal, tanking, mould treatment and preventionSupporting general wet trade duties like brickwork, concrete work, and minor maintenanceWorking with a labourer and repairs colleagues to resolve repair issues quickly and effectively What you'll need : Qualification in plastering or equivalent experienceProven experience in wet trades (especially plastering and damp work)Social housing experience would be highly advantageousA proactive, customer-first approachThe ability to work independently and get the job done right, first time This isn't just a plastering role - it's a chance to do hands-on work that genuinely improves lives in your local community.Ready to apply?
