Holloway Road N19, however some travel to meet clients and other offices will be requiredAs an experienced account manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients including; commercial companies and non profits, local charities and businesses, our client currently supplies services to. They are a leading, nationwide, direct sales network with associated offices all over the UK and worldwide.They are currently looking to expand their Client Relationship team to better service their existing portfolio of exciting clients that do fantastic work within the charity sector. You will provide robust strategic planning and effective leadership for impeccable campaign set-up, roll-out and development, with responsibility for day-to-day management of each campaign within your own client portfolio.Key Responsibilities of a CRM : Develop and manage strong key stakeholder relationshipsDaily point of contact for clients and suppliers, working directly with operational staff and key stakeholders dealing with all campaign requirementsProduct development / innovationDevelop client campaign materials and training for each fundraising campaign in line with all legal and regulatory requirementsManage forecasts, ensuring they are deliverableProvide solutions and identify campaign development and innovation to maximize the effectiveness and profitability of client campaignsLiaise with all internal departments and suppliers to meet or exceed all campaign deliverablesDevelop reporting suite in line with business requirementsConduct quarterly review meetings with clients and senior management teamDesired Knowledge, Skills and Attributes : Experience in similar type of Account Management role, within the fundraising sector is desirable but not essentialProven experience of contract negotiation and management of a portfolio of multiple accountsExcellent organisational skills with experience in developing business cases, financial modelling and project implementationExcellent communication skills including proven experience of presenting / trainingAbility to work to tight deadlines and work both independently and in a teamIf you are interested or would like to hear more about the role, please apply with an up to date CV and we will assess your suitability and pass your CV on to the recruiter that will contact you via the information you provide on your CV.
