Job descriptionProvide legal advice on employment aspects of various transactions, including corporate and outsourcing projects. Address daily employment-related inquiries, managing disciplinary and grievance issues. Oversee collective matters such as redundancies and integration. Offer guidance on trade union matters and represent clients in tribunal litigation. Independently manage a diverse caseload while also assisting with complex cases, supported by a collaborative team. Ensure high-quality client service in both contentious and non-contentious matters, dealing with employers and employees alike. Engage with clients directly and remotely, attending tribunals and courts as necessary. Participate in business development initiatives and maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
