Experienced Residential Property Fee Earner

Location : Mansfield , Nottinghamshire

Salary Guide : £28,000 – £35,000

Benefits : Hybrid and Bonuses structure available.

We are currently seeking experienced Residential Property Fee Earners with at least 2-3 years of file handling experience to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in the Mansfield area, Nottinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled fee earner to join a team that prides itself on delivering high-quality legal services within the residential property sector. What We’re Looking For :

  • 2-3 years of file handling experience in residential property, including managing a caseload from start to finish.
  • A proactive, professional approach to managing clients and their needs throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and an ability to handle transactions smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are fully informed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience of using case management systems and a keen eye for detail.
